I absolutely love Sync balm, it’s a staple in my purse wherever I go. It provides an extra layer of comfort when experiencing cramping each month especially when out and about. The added bonus is it smells incredible and leaves your skin incredibly soft. An unintended use I’ve found it great for is on other achey muscles, it gives the same (if not better) soothing comfort as other creams without the nasty smell. Making it great to use when you’re trying to get through a day in the office with an injury.

It is not just a heat cream - Calm Balm was born from a quest to make a product that we would want as our best friend during our period. It is a triple action cream that heats, hydrates, and is filled with menstruation must have ingredients.

How often can I use?

As often as you like! We recommend allergy testing on a small area before widespread use.

Will it help with my endo?

Calm Balm has the most effective results on people who experience moderate cramping. Our endo customers have mostly positively reviewed Calm Balm - reviews have been that they love it in conjunction with another form of support, or when they are on the go.

For severe cases it may not be strong enough.

Is it vegan?

Calm balm is not 100% vegan right now, there's a small amount of honey and beeswax.
